About the Gwent Rapid Innovation Initiative
The Gwent Rapid Innovation Initiative, spearheaded by the Gwent Regional Innovation Hub, is a fund designed to transform health and social care in our region. We invite public and third-sector organisations and community groups to join us in turning innovative ideas into impactful realities.
What We Offer
- Funding of up to £150,000 with potential for further support in 2024/25.
- Guidance and resources to aid the development and implementation of innovative projects.
- An opportunity to be a part of a dynamic network driving the future of health and social care in Gwent.
We're Looking For
- Projects that demonstrate uniqueness in creativity and effectiveness.
- Ideas that align with regional priorities such as well-being, mental health, and disability support.
- Proposals that are not only impactful but also feasible and scalable.
How to Apply
- Ensure your proposal meets the criteria for innovation, impact, and feasibility, as outlined in our Application Document.
- Prepare a comprehensive submission detailing your project, its goals, and the expected outcomes.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline: noon on Monday, 10th June 2024.
