Integrated Service Partnership Boards (ISPBs)

Integrated Service Partnership Boards (ISPBs) are the mechanisms by which representatives from across the Borough's footprint collaborate to review and plan to implement and deliver for the need of the local population. Representatives include Health Board, Local Authority, Third Sector, public health experts and planners. Integrated Service Partnership Boards (ISPBs) take on the function of the Pan Cluster Planning Group (PCPG) across the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area.

The purpose of the ISPBs is to deliver the aims of the Social Services & Well-being Act 2014 (the Act), The Wellbeing of Future Generations Act (2015) and A Healthier Wales. This builds upon current innovative practice and seeks to increase alignment and engagement between the Regional Partnership Board and Cluster arrangements bringing services together at a local level. ISPBs will be established as sub-groups of Health Boards and will operate under the auspices of the Regional Partnership Board (RPB) giving a direct route for information sharing and decision making between frontline services and strategic leadership.

ISPB Plans

The ISPB plans have been developed with a focus on population needs and place-based care objectives specific to each collaboration. As the ISPBs evolve, they will align with the RPB and wellbeing groups to prevent duplication and promote collaborative efforts. The five ISPB plans are available below.
