GDPR Statement

 

UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018

These two pieces of legislation set out how organisations will need to handle personal data to enhance the rights of, and give more control to, the people whose data is held.

Gwent Regional Partnership Board is governed by its Data Protection Policy which ensures that the Personal Data we collect is processed correctly and securely, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other related legislation. It will apply to information regardless of the way it is collected, used, recorded, stored and destroyed, and irrespective of whether it is held in paper files or electronically.

If you feel that the Gwent Regional Partnership Board have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain.
