🌼 Launch of the Gwent Dementia Hubs

Dementia Friendly Gwent, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society, is delighted to announce the official launch of the Gwent Dementia Hubs!

To celebrate, our Dementia Advisers warmly invite you to join us on 30 January, from 10:30am–1:00pm, at each Hub location for an event marking the opening of these valuable community spaces.

💙 What Are the Gwent Dementia Hubs?

The Hubs offer a welcoming space for anyone affected by dementia—whether you’re living with dementia, supporting a loved one, or seeking guidance. Visitors can access:

• Face‑to‑face information and advice
• Signposting and referrals to relevant organisations
• Resources and support tools
• Assistive technology demonstrations
• A friendly, local community environment

We would love for you to attend, show your support, and help us introduce the Hubs to the wider community.
